Educational BackgroundDr. Setliff graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Medicine where he served a mixed medicine/pediatric internship. He received general surgery training at the University of Texas Medical Branch Hospital in Galveston and completed a three-year specialty residency at Vanderbilt University. He is board certified and holds licenses in South Dakota and Nebraska. World-Renowned Physician Dr. Setliff has conducted teaching presentations on sinus diagnosis and treatment throughout the world. He is regularly consulted by physicians from Argentina, Austria, China, Finland, Korea, Italy and Sweden, as well as by doctors throughout the United States. The international physicians’ community respects his practice and his research. Groundbreaking Research Dr. Setliff has published professional articles on the subject of sinus care, including minimally invasive surgical techniques in sinus surgery. Karen graduated from South Dakota State University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and worked in the emergency department in Watertown, SD. until 1994 when she completed her Masters Degree in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner from South Dakota State University. She has worked with Dr. Setliff since September of 2001. |
